To check if your camera has power, you can see on the Flex Hub pigtail connection. Here is a LED indicator that should give constant flashing indication when it has power. See example below:

Camera has power but no internet:

When camera has power but no internet connection the LED indicator on the pigtail of Flex Hub you will see a constant LED light as image below illustrates: 

Camera has power and internet:

When your camera is successfully connected, both with power and internet, you will see a flashing LED indication on the pigtail
